1. Eligibility to Use the Platform

Age & Legal Capacity: You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
Access Rights: Scrap Kara Daal may deny or revoke access to the Platform at its discretion, without explanation.

2. User Responsibilities and Code of Conduct

By using the Scrap Kara Daal Platform, you agree not to:

Defame or harass others or violate their rights.
Impersonate any person or mislead others.
Share harmful or illegal content (e.g., obscene, offensive, or anti-national).
Violate intellectual property rights without authorization.
Upload harmful files (e.g., viruses, malware).
Disrupt Platform functionality or services.
Test or breach security systems or protections.
Exploit or misuse user data without consent.
Collect data improperly or without permission.
Interfere with operations using unauthorized tools or software.
Use the Platform for unlawful purposes or infringe rights.
Misrepresent or falsify content or legal notices.

Note: Scrap Kara Daal may monitor, modify, or remove violating content and restrict access or take legal action if necessary.

3. Use of Platform Content

Permitted Usage: Content may only be used for personal and informational purposes.
Prohibited Modifications: You may not alter or edit any platform content.
No Redistribution: You may not share, sell, or reuse content for commercial purposes.
Ownership Notices: Do not remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
Design Protection: Platform visuals and layout are protected by intellectual property laws.
Software Usage: Platform software cannot be used or downloaded without explicit permission.

4. Usage Conduct

You are responsible for ensuring a stable device, software, and internet to access the Platform. Scrap Kara Daal is not liable for disruptions due to user-side issues.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All platform content is owned and protected by Scrap Kara Daal under applicable laws.
Brand name and logo are registered trademarks; unauthorized use is prohibited.
Third-party content requires prior permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Platform is provided “as-is” with no warranties.
No guarantee of uninterrupted service or accuracy.
Users are responsible for securing their accounts.
We are not liable for third-party content, downloads, or transactions.
Use of Platform is at your own risk.

7. Indemnity and Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify Scrap Kara Daal from any misuse or violations.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These terms are legally binding to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Blog Interaction Terms

Blog is for informational purposes only.
Content is copyrighted and cannot be reused without permission.
Opinions expressed are authors’ own.
Blog may be modified without notice.

9. Breach of Terms and Consequences

We may revoke access without notice on violation.
Serious breaches may lead to legal action.
Users are liable for legal costs in case of violation.

PART B – GENERAL TERMS FOR PLATFORM SERVICES

1. Platform Functionality

Scrap Kara Daal connects users with recyclers and service providers. We are not involved in transactions directly and are not liable for service accuracy or delivery.

2. Bookings & Cancellations

User-initiated cancellations are not allowed once confirmed.
Refunds for provider cancellations will be processed within 5–7 working days.
We are not liable for service quality, delays, or disputes.

3. Listings & Search Results

Search results are algorithm-based. Users should evaluate providers independently. Some listings may include special terms that must be accepted separately.

4. Termination of Use

Accounts can be deactivated for policy or legal violations. Users can request closure via email. Termination does not remove pending responsibilities.

5. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes will be governed by Indian laws under the jurisdiction of Delhi courts.

6. Abuse & Communications

Report any violations at info@scrapkaradaal.com. By using the platform, you agree to receive service-related communication, which you can opt-out of later.

7. General Conditions

Communications are sent to your registered email.
Account rights are non-transferable.
Invalid terms do not affect the validity of remaining terms.

8. Feedback Policy

Feedback is non-confidential and may be used by Scrap Kara Daal.
False or malicious feedback can lead to legal consequences.
